Mixed Berries & Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1 10 oz. package Mixed Berries Organics frozen fruit
  • 1 cup Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
Blend ingredients until smooth. 
Makes approx. (2) 16 oz servings.
Approximately 205 calories per serving.

**Any of these smoothies can be frozen and enjoyed as a frozen yogurt treat.


Strawberry, Peach, Mango & Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1/2 14oz. pkg Fruit Explosion frozen fruit (Food Lion brand)
  • 1 cup Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Makes approx. (2) 16 oz. servings.
Approximately 160 calories per serving.



Strawberry, Mango, Pineapple & Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1/2 16 oz. pkg Fruit Blend for Smoothies frozen fruit (Harris Teeter) This one has strawberries, mango and pineapple.
  • 1 cup Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Makes approx. (2) 16 oz. servings.
Approximately 210 calories per serving.









Cherry Berry & Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1/2 16 oz. pkg Cherry Berry frozen fruit (Harris Teeter)         This one has dark cherries, blackberries, black raspberries, and blueberries.
  • 1 cup Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Makes approx. (2) 16 oz. servings.
Approximately 210 calories per serving.
